1. Information We Collect

To deliver AI-driven assistance and workspace workflow features, DIJO Genie processes the following categories of information:

Account Information: Username, email address, password hashes, and workspace membership profiles.
Integration Credentials & Tokens: Access tokens, API keys, and connection parameters required to authenticate with third-party service providers and workspace tools configured by you or your organization.
System Analytics & Activity Logs: Aggregated usage metrics and performance data to optimize system responsiveness and AI model routing.

AES-256 Symmetric Encryption: All sensitive credentials, access tokens, and connection secrets are automatically encrypted using enterprise-grade AES-256 symmetric encryption before being stored in the database.

2. How We Use Your Data

Your workspace information is used strictly to fulfill AI assistant requests authorized by you or your organization:

Processing natural language queries to assist with your daily productivity tasks.
Connecting to your configured tools and workspace services to read requested data, generate visual reports, or schedule tasks.
Sending authorized notifications and alerts as requested by your automated workflows.
Analyzing document content contextually to provide accurate answers to user prompts.

3. Third-Party Services & Integrations

DIJO Genie seamlessly connects with authorized third-party service providers chosen by you or your organization. We never sell or share your credentials with third parties; credentials are used exclusively to establish secure, authorized connections on your behalf. All data transmitted between DIJO Genie and external services is encrypted in transit via industry-standard HTTPS/TLS protocols.

4. Data Isolation (Privacy Policy)

We enforce strict multi-tenant network partitioning. Tools and connections configured for one tenant partition are fully isolated. Personal tools configured by standard users are private and completely hidden from other workspace users.

5. User Rights and Controls

You maintain full control over your integration configurations. You can add, edit, or delete any integration settings or user accounts directly from the workspace settings panel at any time. Deleting an integration immediately purges the associated keys and tokens from our database.
